• You’ll work with industry-leading clients across multiple sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity.
• You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.
• Working with a team of experienced consultants, you’ll identify best practices and apply your PSM expertise to a broad range of industrial clients.
• You’ll observe and analyse their operations, identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
• You’ll leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills across a variety of industries for both national and international clients.

Requirements

Who are you today?

• You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering / HSE / Business / Occupational Psychology
• You have experience in management consulting with previous exposure to process safety management
• You are able to manage complex workstreams from end to end for small or large engagements
• You demonstrate experience and an understanding of the operational issues in heavy industries such as Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Chemicals, Transport or Food & Beverage
• You have a deep understanding of subject matters around safety and are able to leverage it externally (guiding clients, creating points of view, etc.)
• You're a fluent German speaker, also proficient in English, but are comfortable communicating and working with a wide range of cultures and nationalities (additional European languages are a significant advantage)
• You have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Like us.
• You’re passionate about safety and have significant experience in Process Safety Management.
• Working in a safety-critical industry, you’ve been in the same situation as our clients and faced the same process safety challenges. You’re observant, diligent and a strong problem-solver.
