Summary

Anaconda is seeking a talented Manager, Commercial Sales to join our rapidly growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Spearheading the development and management of a high-performing sales team dedicated to catering to Fortune 2000 companies.
  • Evaluating sales data and market patterns to facilitate informed decision-making and projections.
  • Delivering regular reports on sales achievements and other pertinent metrics.
  • Executing persuasive sales presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Engaging in negotiations with enterprise clients to secure contracts, favorable pricing, and terms.
  • Perpetually evaluating and enhancing the sales process to maximize efficiency and efficacy.
  • Implementing industry best practices and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of Commercial Account Executives
  • Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
  • Executing on your team's plan to meet or exceed the sales quota
  • Developing and maintaining a set of metrics to track the progress and success of the team
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency, and Productivity to leadership.

What You Need:

  • 5+ years of sales and sales leadership experience
  • First-line sales leader experience
  • Commercial sales experience
  • PLG (product-led growth) experience
  • Ability to create a repeatable sales methodology resulting in increased revenue; pipeline generation; and deal velocity of the Commercial Sales team
  • Executive presence in front of a room and over web conference; credible in front of Account Executives, Field Sales teams, executive audiences, and prospects
  • Experience managing all CRM tools including Salesforce and driving exceptional operation rigor
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Curious, a quick learner, and ability to pick up new skills and self-train when necessary
