- Lead and manage the reporting team in building, managing, and modifying SSRS reports to meet the organization's needs.
- Oversee the clean-up and optimization of the SSRS report inventory to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the reporting team and various operation teams, understanding their requirements, parsing requests, and providing clear guidance to team members.
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests and projects, questioning and pushing back on requests when necessary based on a solid understanding of the business.
- Spearhead the migration from SSRS to Power BI to enhance the organization's reporting capabilities.
- Guide the reporting team in transitioning from SQL to Databricks to leverage advanced data processing and analytics.
- Handle ad hoc requests from the operation team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
- Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the department's goals and objectives are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong expertise in SQL query, SSRS, and SQL database structure.
- Proficiency in data lake technologies such as Databricks and Snowflake.
- Experience with BI reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry concepts and data, including IPA operations, HCC, HEDIS, claims processing, UM, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with programming languages and data analysis tools such as Python.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare-related organization or with healthcare data sets.

- This position is remotely based in the U.S.
- The target pay range for this role is: $110,000 - $135,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
