Job Description

Aledade is actively seeking a Manager of Growth Development, Prospecting in our Central region for our SMB segments to support Aledade’s rapid growth strategy. In this position you will report to the Director of Growth Development within Aledade’s Marketing team and work closely with our Network Development Leads (Sales) and Marketing teams.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US.

Primary Duties:

  • Directly manage, coach and train 5-7 GDRs responsible for prospecting outreach efforts into net new logo attainment in our Central Region
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed goals including regional teams hitting targeted growth goals, GDR’s achievement of new opportunity creation towards 450K MSSP and 200K MA LUM goal and driving net new business into the funnel.
  • Provide strong coaching and mentoring through a deep understanding of sales, our business model, and our methodology.
  • Track and monitor individual team performance, strengths and weaknesses and execute development plans accordingly; own monitoring of the daily priorities and other various dashboards in SFDC; measuring your metrics in your teams 1:1’s and reporting out to internal key stakeholders on progress.
  • Work closely/in partnership with the Director of Growth Development and other key stakeholders on Growth in the development of regional and market level strategy to ensure attainment of our Growth targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field
  • 7+ years relevant work experience or sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of success as an ISA, BDR or SDR (inside sales agent, business development representative, sales development representative) in remote/virtual sales to physician practices

Preferred KSA's:

  • Highly preferred experience working in value-based care
  • Strong communication skills - especially on the phone and via emails
  • Ability to build interpersonal rapport rapidly and overcome common objections
  • Good listener with a love for people and relationships, confidence in establishing new connections and building rapport with a long-term view
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com - CRM, familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach.io
  • Collaborative, supportive and candid with teammates; proactive in asking questions and eager to lend a helping hand
  • Sound judgment in managing focus, juggling multiple priorities and knowing when to escalate

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
  • Willing to travel as needed
