Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating research and developing new facility pricing methodologies and/or new facility types/specialties; recommending, initiating or writing appropriate System Change requests (SCRs); verifying testing results and approved changes for production; providing documentation and training associated with the pricing system and changes or modifications; interfacing with divisions which impact the pricing aspects of the claims processing system; ensuring files are constructed and maintained; and coordinating activities with Service Unit and Network Management to ensure accurate and consistent claim pricing.Required Job Qualifications:
5 years' experience in a regular business or HMO claims and/or claims related unit, which involves problem identification with analysis, documentation, and/or resolution.
1 year management experience, which demonstrates leadership abilities and sound decision.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills
Experience with SQL and Teradata

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$92,700.00 - $167,500.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
