We are looking for a sharp, curious, and resourceful consultant with strong ties to the Lebanese community and market to support our research projects across multiple industries.
Based in Belgium or Germany, you will help us understand local and regional dynamics, identify key industry players, conduct interviews, and translate real-world observations into actionable business intelligence for international clients.
One project may involve mapping consumer behavior and market trends; the next could focus on interviewing business owners, industry experts, competitors, or decision-makers. The common thread is transforming complex information into clear, strategic insights.
This role combines:
Market research and industry mapping
Interviews with stakeholders, experts, and business leaders
Analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative information
Preparation of client-facing reports and presentations
Remote research and occasional fieldwork
Collaboration with project teams across Europe and the Middle East
We care less about diplomas and more about how you think.
You should:
Be based in Belgium or Germany
Have strong knowledge of Lebanese culture, consumer behavior, business networks, or market dynamics
Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
Speak Arabic (Lebanese dialect preferred)
Have the legal right to work and travel within the European Union
Think critically and communicate clearly
Be comfortable asking thoughtful questions and navigating ambiguous situations
Enjoy combining fieldwork, interviews, and strategic analysis
Be able to build rapport with people from different backgrounds and industries
Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
