We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven insights that optimize marketing performance. This role will focus on tracking KPIs, analyzing campaign effectiveness, managing HubSpot automations, scouting PandaDoc, and conducting quality assurance (QA) testing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-savvy, and skilled in marketing analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns across multiple channels (paid media, organic, social, email, etc.).
Track key marketing KPIs, including:
Own full-funnel performance tracking across Marketing, SDR, VAPI, and Direct channels
Manage budget, spend, management fees, ROAS, and CAC for cost-efficient growth
Track lead volume, qualification rates, CPL, and cost per qualified lead
Analyze demo performance and conversion rates (booked, completed, show-up, no-shows) across all channels
Monitor pipeline health, lead quality, and disqualification reasons throughout the funnel
Report on revenue impact, including projected vs. actual clients, services sold, MRR, and average deal size
Create custom dashboards using Looker Studio, HubSpot and Google Sheets for directors. Marketing Operations & HubSpot Management
Manage HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automation to improve lead generation and nurturing.
Create and optimize HubSpot forms for data capture and conversion tracking.
Implement UTM parameters and HubSpot shortcodes to track campaign performance.
Ensure data integrity and monitor CRM performance for marketing and sales alignment. PandaDoc Scouting & Integration
Research and scout PandaDoc features for marketing and sales information.
Identify opportunities for contract management. Quality Assurance (QA)
Conduct QA testing for marketing automation and integrations.
Identify and troubleshoot bugs, workflow issues, and system errors.
Work with developers and product teams to ensure marketing tools function as intended. Requirements
Experience in marketing analytics & KPI tracking (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions, revenue).
Proficient in HubSpot CRM (workflows, automation, forms, UTMs).
Skilled in Looker Studio & Google Sheets for reporting and dashboards.
Strong knowledge of multi-channel campaign analysis (paid, organic, social, email).
Experience in QA testing, troubleshooting, and familiarity with PandaDoc is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
High school diploma or equivalent.
