    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead creative pods to deliver high-performing, Class A campaigns on time.

    • Drive creative testing, innovation, and scale-up of winning ad concepts.

    • Ensure brand consistency and product accuracy across all assets.

    • Implement agile workflows and optimize creative operations for efficiency.

    • Analyze performance metrics to guide data-driven creative decisions.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to align creative strategy with business goals.

    • Mentor and grow top creative talent, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA or Project Management certification is a plus).

    • 5+ years leading creative campaigns in advertising or eCommerce, with a proven record of high-impact, scalable outputs.

    • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring creative teams to deliver measurable business results.

    • Deep understanding of consumer psychology, storytelling, and advertising principles.

    • Strong strategic planning and prioritization abilities, with flawless execution under tight deadlines.

    • Analytical and data-driven mindset, turning insights into creative growth strategies.

    • Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.

    • Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
