ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Marketing Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting go-to-market leadership in strategy, technology, and analytics. This position involves owning and optimizing the tech stack to ensure the right tools, processes, data, and insights are in place to continually enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. As the primary analytics member on the team, you will integrate data across systems to fuel the team’s decision-making processes thru targeted data integration, analytics and reporting, helping Verato lower the cost of acquisition while increasing the pipeline.

Reporting into the marketing function, this role will be part of a cross-functional operations team, working closely with sales, finance, and customer operations to maintain alignment and achieve joint success. This position reports to the Senior Director of Demand Gen.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

The right candidate will...

  • Collaborate on solving problems, getting in the weeds to understand stakeholders needs and deliver solutions
  • Demonstrate expertise in lead management and understanding how leads move through the funnel from acquisition to closure
  • Build and maintain systems that stakeholders trust and delight in using
  • Own the health of the database, ensuring the data is clean and can be
    segmented/mined
  • Generate actionable insights from data that power improvements in our marketing
    machine, via easy to consume reports
  • Explore genAI, determine the right tools needed to achieve goals, implement, and enable teams
  • Evangelize simplified solutions to gain buy-in and foster enthusiasm for change
Requirements

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience working in marketing operations
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar,
    program management tools. A knowledge of self-service ETL tools like Alteryx or Talend
    is a plus.
  • Understanding of lead / account scoring models and experience managing and refining
  • Highly skilled in utilizing and analyzing data to drive decision making
  • In-depth knowledge of processes and experience in executing complex operations, with
    an ability to identify opportunities for simplification
  • Revenue-driven mindset, ensuring all analytics, tools, and processes contribute to
    business growth
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare technology organizations
  • Proficiency in website management and maintenance
  • Knowledge of Demandbase
