Job Title: Marketplace Sales Manager (Global)

Location: Remote within Indonesia

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for leading and executing the entire sales process to engage suppliers (sellers) in the food and agriculture industry to join Tridge’s Marketplace platform. You will drive Tridge’s revenue growth by delivering sales results and promoting the value of our services to find new growth opportunities. You will be able to see and measure the growth you will be taking part in achieving.

What we trust you to do

  • Identify and generate marketplace customer (seller) leads, qualify prospects, contact, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers (sellers) and maintain high levels of engagement and partnership.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the Tridge Marketplace to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Continuously monitor the latest trends in the food and agriculture industries to identify new business opportunities.

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management.
  • Strong network with Agri/Food suppliers (Farmers/Growers, Processors & Manufacturers, Distributors).
  • Self-sufficient, focused sales executive with a propensity towards executing and driving revenue results.
  • Native speaker of Bahasa with an advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to senior business stakeholders
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong business acumen, creative thinking and presentation skills

  • Experience working in the tech industry
  • Prior experience in online marketplaces.
