Role Overview
Bloom is seeking a motivated and skilled Licensed Health Plan Advisor to join our team for the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7). This is a temporary Medicare Sales Agent position supporting Bloom’s Medicare sales programs during the busiest part of the year.
What You Will Do
Work assigned leads through inbound and/or outbound calls, depending on the specific program. Primary focus will be Medicare Advantage (MA) sales for one carrier.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Earn $18+ hourly base pay depending on experience, plus uncapped monthly incentives. Eligible new hires can earn a $1,250 bonus, paid in 2–3 installments depending on hire type.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Prior sales or customer service skills preferred
Active Health and/or Health and Life Insurance license required Benefits
