The Board of Directors is the elected body of Projets Autochtones du Québec, responsible for governance, strategic actions, and administering the organization's affairs. Eligibility criteria include being a member of the organization, over 18 years old, and not subject to certain court orders or bankruptcy.
Requirements
Participate in approximately nine (9) meetings per year
Be available for the entire term of the administrator
Participate in the associative life of the organization
Take knowledge of the documents submitted by the general management
Follow up on ongoing files and ensure the implementation of the decisions taken by the Board
Participate in the creation of work committees, if necessary, and follow up with the Board
