What You'll Do:
Lead and support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
Advise clients on:- Acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances
Spin-offs, carve-outs, and recapitalizations
Leveraged buyouts and tender offers
Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements
Collaborate directly with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams
Navigate complex corporate and structural issues in high-stakes deals
What We're Looking For:
3–5 years of M&A experience at a top-tier law firm (AmLaw preferred)
Strong experience with:- Domestic and cross-border transactions
Buy-side and sell-side deal execution
Deep understanding of:- Corporate structuring and transaction strategy
Complex deal mechanics across multiple industries
Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Strong business judgment and client-first mindset
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Active bar admission (or ability to waive in)
