The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of environmental litigation experience and is interested in representing clients in high-profile remediation, cost recovery, and environmental liability matters.
What You Will Do
Represent clients in complex environmental litigation involving CERCLA and Superfund sites, handle all phases of environmental litigation, develop litigation strategies, and collaborate with technical experts and multidisciplinary legal teams.

Requirements
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
3–5 years of environmental litigation experience at a Top 100 law firm
Significant experience handling matters involving CERCLA and large Superfund sites
Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Active membership in the California Bar Benefits
Competitive base salary of $260,000–$355,000
