What You Will Do
Represent employers in labor and employment litigation, advise on compliance with employment laws, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.

Requirements
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
3–5 years of labor and employment litigation experience at a law firm
Demonstrated experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and employment litigation strategy
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
Trial experience is a plus
Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred
