As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with mid-market businesses, understanding their unique challenges, and demonstrating how Worth AI's products can address their needs. You will engage with potential clients, conduct presentations, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential mid-market clients through strategic prospecting and networking.
  • Understand clients' business models, challenges, and objectives to tailor the sales approach accordingly.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Worth AI's solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while managing the entire sales process from lead generation to post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and success.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software (HubSpot).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to promote Worth AI's brand and solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in similar sales roles targeting mid-market clients in the software industry, B2B sales
  • Experience selling of Data, Credit, AI and its applications in business.
  • Mid-market size deals with MRR ARR billing
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and proactive approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while being able to operate independently.
  • Willingness to continually learn about product offerings and industry trends.
