We are seeking a MiddleProduct Designer to become an integral part of our dynamic Platform team (Wellfunnel product).
Wellfunnel is a marketing funnel builder that assists teams in creating new funnels or editing existing ones without the need for developers. With this tool, we can automate processes, increase efficiency, and conduct more tests. In this role, the main goal is to cover the studio workstream by creating new components for funnels, improving existing components, and supporting the development of the components library.
Main responsibilities
Developing new components for the project library;
Conducting technical testing of the released components;
Collecting, understanding, and validating components requirements from different product teams;
Creating separate pages and features for different projects (e.g., modals, registration pages, splash);
Supporting development releases to achieve high-quality results;
Creating and testing new library and design system components;
Developing technical documentation for the components;
Establishing design processes within the team;
Establishing collaboration with developers within the team.
Professional qualities
High level of understanding of Figma tools (components, autolayouts, variables);
Understanding of applying Atomic design principles and usage of design tokens;
Experience in working with or creating Design Systems;
Ability to apply theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies of Product design;
Experience in prototyping and refining designs based on user feedback;
Experience in user research methods (usability testing);
Knowledge of user research tools (Maze, UserTesting, SurveyMonkey, etc.);
Knowledge of design constraints and opportunities across various platforms and devices;
Ability to work independently and solve problems as part of a team;
Clear, friendly, and understandable communication.
Nice to have
Experience in interface animation;
Base knowledge of JSON/CSS/HTML
