Requirements
C&G 2079 Cat1
NVQ Level 3 or similar
F-Gas
Good Mechanical & Electrical Background
Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs
Sound understanding of Health & Safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities
UK Driving License
Good understanding of IT packages including Outlook, Word Benefits
