How you'll make an impact:
Keep communication polished and professional while using AI-powered tools to deliver fast, thoughtful support across phone, email, and live chat
Tap into real-time data to tailor conversations, making every member feel seen, memorable and supported
Guide members through Mogo’s digital financial products, promoting ease of use and confidence in every step
Share what you hear and be the voice in our feedback channels. Your insights from our customer service interactions will directly shape product improvements and service updates and will help us improve products and the overall experience.
Act as a brand ambassador by actively using our products such as intelligent investing and Moka, sharing the brand with your network, and providing feedback to help us improve
What you'll bring to the role:
A genuine passion for Mogo’s mission and a strong interest in exploring our digital financial products
The ability to communicate clearly and with energy across phone, email, and chat
Availability to work full time, including some evenings and weekends, including holidays
A reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated space to work remotely
The ability to stay focused and flexible in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Proficiency with standard tools like Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms that enhance productivity and communication
Tech savvy and confident using digital devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers - you’ll often be helping members attach documents, walk through online platforms, provide step-by-step guidance, and occasionally assist with troubleshooting
Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is an asset
Prior experience working remotely is a plus Details: This is a full time position with an hourly rate of $16.50. Preference will be given to candidates located in Manitoba. We offer performance incentives based on productivity and other key performance indicators. This role is 100% remote based out of Manitoba, with typical hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST. Equipment will be provided, including access to AI tools that support your day-to-day work.
