They specialize in implementing LLM-powered features such as chat, summaries, classification, smart search, and document Q&A, as well as designing lightweight RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector search. Monterail works directly with clients on a freelance basis to integrate AI solutions that consider cost, latency, and reliability constraints, advising when and how to effectively leverage AI technology.
