What you’ll do
- Provide professional and personalised mortgage advice to Moneybox customers
- Consistently meet challenging monthly targets for Mortgage Applications
- Refer high quality protection leads to our protection team to ensure that our customers are fully protected
- Guide customers through the mortgage application process and help them from their first step to their doorstep!
- Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience
- Work with other teams, such as our Home-buying Qualifiers, Administrators and Case Managers, to ensure smooth handovers and a seamless customer journey
- Meet quality assurance, service and risk targets in a regulated environment

Experience and Skills
- You will have 5+ years provable experience within a mortgage broker role
- You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and be used to meeting sales targets
- You will be CeMAP qualified and hold Competent Adviser Status
- The ability to apply risk management policies and procedures
