Role Summary
In this position, you will not only assist in creating multimedia content but will also take the lead on projects, steering them from conception to completion. Our flexible, remote work structure is designed to complement your academic schedule, with possibilities for receiving college credit in cooperation with your institution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute multimedia projects, including the creation of social media content, animations, video editing, and more
Initiate and manage timelines, ensuring project milestones and objectives are met in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and develop innovative multimedia solutions
Learn and apply advanced techniques in multimedia software to create high-quality content
Contribute to and potentially steer the creative direction of our branding and marketing campaigns
Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Juggle multiple projects, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills

Requirements
Ideal Candidate
Currently pursuing a degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related fields
A proactive learner with a basic understanding of multimedia design tools and software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, eager to expand their skills
Strong leadership potential with the ability to manage project tasks effectively
