We are seeking Murex Integration Consultant (Datamart & Interface experience) to work on a customer facing role to drive one of our client's Murex activities and projects in Canada with key responsibilities as below:
- Provide production support and participate in implementation projects in Murex Datamart / Interface Streams
- Develop expertise and participate in the design and build of Murex interface/ Reporting solutions
- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring successful follow up of issues from notification to resolution and validation
- Participation in implementation projects, delivery of interfaces, clearing systems, customers internal systems and trade migrations
- Maintain good understanding and knowledge of the best practices
- Reporting issues and suggestions to the management
- Ensures customer satisfaction and follow-up on the interfacing related activities
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of Murex experience on Datamart & Interface
- Datamart - Reports Development, Batch of Feeders/ extractions OR
- Interface - MxML Interface, Workflow
- Proficient in SQL, Oracle Database
- Familiar with XML, XSLT
- Proficient in the design, build, configuration and testing of Reports / Interface
- Possess experience gathering and analyzing requirements from users
- Excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple projects, priorities and manage business expectations
- Must be customer driven, have the ability to work within a team environment, and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the customer.
- Strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytical skills.
