
Role Overview
The National Contract and Compliance Lead is responsible for driving consumables contract strategy, compliance, and growth across the Clinical Measurements portfolio. This role will lead national contract strategy, manage and maximize commercial and operational performance, and ensure contract compliance and recurring revenue.
What You Will Do
Lead national contract strategy for Clinical Measurements consumables, drive revenue growth, own contract funnel creation, monthly forecasting, and demand planning collaboration with supply chain, design and execute high-value consumables contracts, and train and enable sales teams on contract strategy and execution excellence.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business / Masters in Business Administrative Marketing, Sales, Economics or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in contract management, business development, or sales in the healthcare industry
Strong clinical background and understanding of healthcare workflows
Strong understanding of clinical measurement products, including ECG, SPO2, NIBP, etCO2, and Batteries
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) or similar CRM tools
Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and provide creative solutions Benefits
