Repsol has an opening for a Natural Gas Scheduler within our Gas Trading North America division based in The Woodlands, Texas. This office follows a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days working remotely.
Natural gas schedulers play an integral role in our operational capability at Repsol Energy North America. The successful candidate will have great industry experience, exceptional attention to detail along with a drive to create value for Repsol Energy North America’s business
Responsibilities:
- Ability to write, read, analyze and interpret general business documents, forms and instructions in English.
- Ability to effectively deliver presentations to Managers, Staff, clients, and the general public in English.
- Due to the level of complexity of this position, accuracy, communication and decision-making skills are critical
- Ability to use a computer and proficient in such applications as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and to effectively communicate, negotiate and advise various commercial, accounting and operating teams
- Exceptional analytical, organizational and reporting skills
Ability to simultaneously co-ordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Superior organization and time management skills paired with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with all levels within the organization
- Outstanding customer service with the ability to create interpersonal rapport and a desire to perform business promptly and courteously with internal and external clients

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any US employer without the need for sponsorship.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Experience with operation of natural gas management systems (ETRM) (Allegro experience is a plus)
Preferred Experience
- Experience in natural gas scheduling for natural gas marketing preferred
- Experience in natural gas scheduling on Tennessee, TC Energy Pipelines, Empire, Dominion
- Experience in developing business processes and natural gas scheduling-related best practices
