We have an immediate opening in our White Plains, NY office for an experienced Training and Performance Management professional.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Training
Coordinate delivery of training and development programs for staff in North America
Develop content for training courses
Collaborate with external thought leaders, vendors, learning/development partners and professional networks
Coordinate implementation of several annual meetings including new hire orientation programs, quality management training, and summer intern training
Work with internal trainers and associates so that they may lead various learning programs
Collaborate with colleagues and subject matter experts to execute projects
Create communications strategies to promote training and development initiatives
Implement, coordinate, and deliver group presentations
Prepare budget and monitor spending for North America
Participate in special projects as needed
Be able to travel – up to 10 percent – and work flexible hours when needed
Act as a mentor to training and development associates promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing
Performance Management
Manage performance management process –performance reviews, coaching, promotions, and performance counseling
Develop and implement professional development plans
Manage exit interview process; conduct interviews, track responses, and analyze data
Deliver training on performance management
Oversee internal feedback survey implementation, analyses, and results
Develop, analyze and present performance management metrics and reporting
Candidates applying for this position must have:
BA/BS in economics, business, human resources; Master’s degree in human resources, leadership development, or organizational development is desirable
5-10 years of experience in human resources or learning and development in a professional services, consulting, financial services, or law firm
Business acumen with the ability to develop creative HR solutions that impact the business
Strong problem solving, analytical, and project management skills
Exceptional writing, organizational and communications skills
Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work on multiple detailed projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and adept at anticipating and planning for deadlines and working effectively with senior members of the firm
Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data and to effectively present findings
Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
The applicable base salary for this role is $125,000 - $165,000 per year.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
