.NET Developer Intern at FutureSight
Position Overview As a .NET Developer Intern at FutureSight, you will work with our studio team on various projects for our clients and new startup initiatives. We are looking for someone with a "Let's roll up our sleeves and get it done" attitude. A successful candidate needs to show energy, passion, and a "can do" attitude. Be proactive at every level. High engagement and communication skills are fundamental for us.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using the .NET framework
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment
Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues to improve application performance and reliability
Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Support the integration of third-party APIs and services into existing applications
Help prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals
Participate in team meetings and provide valuable input and feedback
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the adoption of best practices
Work on the laptop provided by the client
Stay updated on emerging technologies
Key Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and the .NET framework
Proficiency in C# and experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
Knowledge of database management systems, particularly SQL Server
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in ChatGPT and similar generative AI tools
Expertise in prompt engineering for AI optimization
Nice to Have
Familiarity with .NET Core and the .NET Framework
Experience with ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core for web development
Optimizely CMS
Headless CMS
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
