We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who is proactive and highly organised. You’ll be working closely with the CEO and President, as well as others in our Senior Leadership Team, providing essential support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

In this role, you will:

✨ Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
✨ Promote our company values to enhance both the Team Member & Customer experience
✨ Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO/President and stakeholders
✨ Efficiently manage calendars, appointments, and travel plans
✨ Coordinate meetings: set agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
✨ Manage personal and family schedules for the CEO and President
✨ Partner with our Director of People & Culture on various projects and initiatives.
✨ Work with external/internal partners to maintain compliance and regulation certifications

You’ll generally be working during our business hours of 7 AM to 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, but we’re flexible and can discuss what works best for both of us.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have:

✅ 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role
✅ Demonstrated initiative and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
✅ Exceptional organisational and communication skills; proficient in English
✅ Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other software, including spreadsheets, presentations, and project management platforms
✅ Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Brownie points for:

⭐ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Legal Assistant, or a related field (preferred).

⭐ Experience in working in the Manufacturing Industry.
