In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality software solutions for our clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and scalable applications. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving existing systems, ensuring that they are up-to-date and meet the needs of our clients.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment and be able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, Observability.
    • Strong proficiency in Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes YAML configurations.
    • Deep understanding of AWS cloud services, IAM policies, and networking.
    • Proven expertise in designing observability pipelines
    • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Harness, ArgoCD).
  • At least 3+ years working with Kubernetes and AWS in production environments.
    • Familiarity with Kubernetes security standards (e.g., PodSecurityPolicy, NetworkPolicies)
  • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).
    • Familiarity with designing and implementing distributed tracing, metrics, and logging using OpenTelemetry across Kubernetes-based services and AWS resources.
    • Familiarity customizing and managing OpenTelemetry collectors and configurations for scalable observability (Helm, TF/E).
    • Proficiency in Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript for automation and potentially Backstage plugin development.
