Your Purpose

This role is crucial in creating and delivering a magical onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they integrate smoothly into our company culture and are set up for success.

What You Will Do
- Develop and deliver onboarding programs: Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires that cater to both remote and in-person settings, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and magical experience regardless of location.
- Execute onboarding processes: Facilitate onboarding sessions, including orientation, training, and integration activities, to provide new hires with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed and feel a special connection to Bitso.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and improve onboarding processes and materials based on feedback and industry best practices to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and enchanting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and departmental teams to coordinate onboarding logistics and ensure a seamless and special experience for new hires.
- Culture integration: Promote company culture and values throughout the onboarding process, helping new hires feel connected, engaged, and inspired by Bitso's mission and vision.
- Support and guidance: Provide ongoing support and resources to new hires during their onboarding period, addressing any questions or concerns they may have to ensure a smooth and magical transition.
- Support managers: Collaborate with managers to support them in onboarding new hires to their teams, ensuring a smooth transition, integration, and a special team environment.
- Facilitate business learning: Conduct internal business learning sessions to educate new hires and existing employees on various aspects of the business, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of Bitso's operations and goals.
