Role Overview

The Online Chat Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for online inquiries, offering guidance, answering questions, and providing helpful resources to clients and website visitors. Your role will focus on providing fast, accurate, and friendly assistance to ensure a seamless experience for all who engage with Canada Pacific Realty Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Inquiries:
    Engage with clients and potential customers in real-time via chat, answering questions about our services, listings, and resources.

  • Provide Resourceful Support:
    Offer guidance, provide links to relevant resources, and explain services clearly, helping clients make informed decisions.

  • Issue Resolution:
    Address any client concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Update and Document Interactions:
    Log chat interactions and maintain accurate records to facilitate follow-ups and improve the quality of support provided.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or customer service experience preferred.

  • Experience:
    Previous experience in an online chat or customer support role.

  • Skills:
