RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in establishing and operating automated report dissemination and notification systems utilizing existing Charter licensed tools.
- Assist the APS-PaaS team in the collection, processing and distribution of the data, information and knowledge necessary to coordinate service deployment into the company’s private and public cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process and technology.
- Establishment of an effective feedback plan for the tools used by the team.
- Ability to visualize and automate the execution of complex business processes.
- Perform data collection, analysis, and validation.
- Respond to data inquiries from various groups within the organization, working towards a goal of providing a robust self-service reporting capability.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in application development, infrastructure definition/configuration, product ownership and data mastering tasks.
- Data processing tool experience (Oracle, Cognos, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Zoho, etc.).
- Python and SQL experience preferred.
- Experience with Jira, Remedy, SAP ALM or Rally (or comparable) required.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Lucidchart and Excel.
