    Operational Readiness Analyst

    Position Summary:

    The Operational Readiness Analyst role provides analytical, coordination, and documentation support to help ensure agencies are prepared to operate effectively within Keystone’s operating model. Reporting to the Director, Operational Readiness, this role supports readiness assessments, tracks gaps and action items, organizes data and reporting, and helps maintain the tools and materials needed to drive consistent operational readiness execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Readiness Assessment Support

    • Support the preparation, coordination, and documentation of agency readiness assessments.

    • Collect, organize, and validate agency data related to organizational structure, processes, training needs, system usage, and readiness indicators.

    • Maintain readiness trackers, gap logs, action item lists, and supporting documentation.

    Operating Model & Process Support

    • Assist in comparing current-state agency practices against Keystone operating model expectations and standard workflows.

    • Document process observations, system-use considerations, and potential areas of misalignment for review by leadership.

    • Support the creation and maintenance of readiness tools, templates, checklists, and agency-facing materials.

    Coordination, Reporting & Follow-Up

    • Track readiness milestones, open items, risks, decisions, and follow-ups across assigned agencies or workstreams.

    • Prepare status updates, dashboards, summaries, and meeting materials to support agency readiness discussions.

    • Coordinate with Operations, Training, Agency Support, and agency leadership to ensure timely completion of readiness activities.

    Training & Adoption Support

    • Support identification and tracking of agency training needs, adoption risks, and reinforcement opportunities.

    • Partner with Training and Operations teams to ensure learning plans, job aids, and support materials are available and current.

    • Help capture feedback from agency users and summarize themes for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

    • Minimum of 8 years of insurance industry experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business analysis, agency support, training coordination, or related functions.

    • Experience in insurance, agency operations, brokerage operations, or a multi-site operating environment preferred.

    • Hands-on experience with Applied Epic required.

    • Comfort working with operational data, readiness dashboards, process documentation, and status reporting tools.

    • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage trackers, action items, timelines, and documentation across multiple priorities.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to summarize findings clearly for leaders and cross-functional partners.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize information, identify themes, and surface readiness gaps.

    • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through, particularly in maintaining trackers, action logs, timelines, and documentation.

    • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to understand workflows, document current-state practices, and support adoption of standard operating models.

    • Adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced, evolving environment with frequent interaction across agencies and functional teams.

    • Comfort working across multiple locations, coordinating with remote teams, and supporting agencies in both virtual and in-person settings.

    • Approximately 50% travel will be required to support agency readiness assessments, onboarding activities, training reinforcement, leadership meetings, or operating model implementation work.

    • Ability to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law.
