About the Role:
This is an entry-level position for someone wanting to start their career in the proptech industry. You will undertake various tasks and learn how a high-growth company gets built from the ground up. By working directly with the founders, there will be ample development and growth opportunities.
The cleaning inspection before a client arrives is a crucial step to ensure that the apartment is in impeccable condition, ready to welcome the occupants.
Check that all surfaces and areas are clean and well-maintained.
Ensure that the apartment is welcoming and comfortable for the client.
Detect any malfunction or maintenance need before the client arrives.
Greet the client, confirm their reservation, and hand over the keys or access codes.
Maintenance:
When a client reports an issue in an apartment, a prompt and efficient response is essential to resolve the situation and ensure client satisfaction.
About you:
Bachelor's degree
Strong written and verbal skills
