About the Role:

This is an entry-level position for someone wanting to start their career in the proptech industry. You will undertake various tasks and learn how a high-growth company gets built from the ground up. By working directly with the founders, there will be ample development and growth opportunities.

The cleaning inspection before a client arrives is a crucial step to ensure that the apartment is in impeccable condition, ready to welcome the occupants.

  • Check that all surfaces and areas are clean and well-maintained.

  • Ensure that the apartment is welcoming and comfortable for the client.

  • Detect any malfunction or maintenance need before the client arrives.

  • Greet the client, confirm their reservation, and hand over the keys or access codes.

Maintenance:

When a client reports an issue in an apartment, a prompt and efficient response is essential to resolve the situation and ensure client satisfaction.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong written and verbal skills

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Driven to go above and beyond

  • Ability to work under pressure
