💼 Your Role:
Own the candidate experience from match to hire:
Guide candidates through interviews and preparation
Create compelling candidate briefs
Manage onboarding communication
Regular check-ins to ensure success
Support our client relationships:
Help with sales follow-ups and outreach
Coordinate interview scheduling
Create client briefs and documentation
Maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process
Improve and optimize processes:
Help optimize our communication workflows
Support various team needs as we scale
Track and improve key metrics
Role Details:
Start Date: Immediately
Starting Salary: $600-800/m Requirements

1+ year in a communication-heavy role (customer service, recruitment, or appointment setting)
You're a natural communicator - writing beautiful emails and speaking confidently comes easily to you
You're super organized and love juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
You're tech-savvy and comfortable with:
CRM systems (Hubspot, Notion)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
