- Collaborate closely with the Operations Coordinator to supervise logistics, fulfillment, and
inventory planning activities to support business expansion.
- Aid in devising and executing internal workflows to improve transparency and operational
efficiency.
- Assist the Operations Coordinator in handling day-to-day operational duties and offering
support as required.
- Keep track of inventory forecasting, considering lead times and fluctuations in demand.
- Create and manage inventory databases to facilitate efficient tracking of supplies and
materials.
- Regularly assess inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing
excess inventory.
- Validate inventory counts, locations, and statuses against physical inventory.
- Generate periodic reports on inventory status, vendor performance, and transportation
operations.
- Conduct thorough checks of inventory records for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor vendor performance and promptly address issues or concerns to ensure smooth
operations.
- Supervise all inbound and outbound transportation activities to guarantee timely and
cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare ad hoc reports on operational tasks, providing detailed insights and analysis to
support decision-making processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an operational role with experience in the supply chain, logistics, distribution, and
warehousing
- Experience in eCommerce DTC and B2B operations, including platforms like Shopify,
Amazon Seller Central, and Shipstation
- In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology particularly in Supply Chain management
- With deep understanding, knowledge, and experience in the supply chain, logistics, distribution, and warehousing
- Experience working with a global network of 3PLs and transportation providers
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive business decisions
- Experience building and implementing an ERP system
- Experience with integration and retailer setup via EDI (electronic data interchange).
- Background in product management lifecycle
- Project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- Proficient in G Suite (Spreadsheets, Docs, and Drive)
- Highly analytical, data-driven individuals
- Strong attention to detail
