Job Description

Memora Health works with leading healthcare organizations to make complex care journeys simple for patients and clinicians so that care is more accessible, actionable, and always-on. Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on an intern to help us scale.

This role is crucial in helping us maintain organized and efficient operations, directly contributing to our growth and success. The Operations Intern will cross-train with various departments to be ready to assist with not only day-to-day tasks but ongoing special projects. We expect this role to require a maximum workload of 20 hours per week (minimized to 5 hours per week during the academic year).

Primary Responsibilities:

Special Projects:

  • Engage in significant projects that align with your skills and our current needs, such as developing financial models, analyzing market trends, or improving operational workflows.
  • Provide insights and support for strategic planning, contributing to high-impact decisions.

Data Optimization and Analysis:

  • Assist with data management and optimization efforts to ensure our information systems are robust and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with the RevOps team to enhance our data strategies, contributing to business intelligence and operational efficiency.

Digital Workspace Organization:

  • Lead the organization in streamlining of our digital workspace, enhancing accessibility and collaboration across the team.
  • Work with the Operations team to maintain an efficient digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless information flow and storage.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with various departments to support day-to-day operations and special projects, playing a key role in our growth initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment and successful execution of cross-functional projects, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the startup, taking on new tasks and responsibilities as required.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and problem-solving.
  • Develop and maintain internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree
  • Current undergraduate student, junior, or rising junior
  • Some understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively organize digital resources and information
  • Familiarity with data management and digital organization tools, like Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change

  • Salesforce knowledge a plus or the ability to become proficient quickly

This position offers remote flexibility allowing employees to work from home in any of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin.

Priority will be given to applicants in the following cities: Seattle, WA; Bay Area, CA; New York City, NY; and Chicago, IL.

Memora is committed to the principle of pay equity and regularly assesses compensation across our U.S. work locations resulting in a standard pay range, typically updated each year. The applicable base pay will depend on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties and responsibilities, and relevant experience and skills. Certain roles have the opportunity to participate in revenue- or utilization-based sales incentives, depending on the terms of the compensation plan and the employee's role. Remote- U.S. Pay Range$15—$15 USD
