At Appsilon, operations is not a support function - it is one of the key enablers of sustainable growth.
As our Operations Manager, you will help shape how a fast-growing international consultancy operates at scale. Your role is to connect people, systems, processes, and operational decisions into one coherent environment that allows the company to grow efficiently, securely, and sustainably.
You will work across Finance, Delivery, Sales, Technology, Security, and People functions, helping the organization stay aligned while navigating an increasingly dynamic and multi-context environment.
This role requires someone who naturally sees the bigger picture:
someone who connects dots across teams
anticipates operational risks before they become problems
creates clarity where complexity grows
knows how to balance structure with business agility
You will report directly to the Head of Finance & Operations and work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and Head of Technology. This role comes with strong leadership support, high visibility, and meaningful influence on how the organization evolves operationally.

naturally creates structure, clarity, and alignment
is assertive enough to protect priorities, challenge assumptions, and say "no" when needed

enjoys ownership and does not wait for perfectly defined boundaries
You are likely to succeed here if you:
think in systems, not isolated tasks
proactively identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
enjoy designing scalable operational solutions
stay calm under pressure
can prioritize effectively across competing business needs
are highly organized without becoming rigid
know when to escalate, when to push forward, and when to simplify
You likely have:
