Overview

The purpose of the Operations Manager role is to oversee the activities of the Retrieval Operations Center including projects, processes, and personal management. Daily, substantial contact with internal management and executives. Periodic contact with clients, providers, and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct management to the Assistant Manager and/or Team Leads and oversee the performance levels of the Retrieval Operations Center including performance review and employee relations.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels are in place and assist with the interviewing and hiring processes.
  • Act as a Liaison with Client Services and all departments supporting Retrieval Operations.
  • Oversee the use of monthly incentive budgets for the Retrieval Operations department.
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage with minimal employee resistance.
  • Manage change activities by focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, roles, and organization structures.
  • Monitor statistics of performance and completion of projects.
  • Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent, with a focus on building and improving a team and culture that is able to assist in employing best in class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction. Required
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan. Required
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned. Required
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate strategic objectives and procedures in both individual and large group settings.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or project management position.
  • Previous call center leadership in a Sales or Collection environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Cotiviti procedures and policies preferred

Base compensation is 60K - 84K. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
