As Operations Manager at EVOLVE Digital, you are responsible for operational management within the organization. You ensure that the company's strategic direction becomes effective in day-to-day operations. In your daily work, you lead the organization through phases of growth and change. You develop structures, systems, and departments further and ensure that EVOLVE functions smoothly as a holistic growth partner — rather than working in silos.

To shape a future-proof agency, you use AI and automations deliberately as growth levers. You define the operational system and automation architecture and ensure that technology measurably contributes to scaling, quality assurance, and relieving the teams.

In close collaboration with management, you make fundamental operational decisions, set priorities, and create the conditions for EVOLVE to grow in a plannable, efficient, and future-ready way.

Your tasks at a glance

You don't just build the processes behind the scenes. In everyday work, you make sure our company and the entire team run more smoothly: deadlines are met, tasks are completed, projects move forward.

• Because the best processes are worthless if nobody follows up on whether they take hold. That is exactly your task.

  What this means in daily practice:

• You translate annual and quarterly goals into concrete measures, milestones, and checklists. This keeps the strategy tangible in day-to-day work.

• You ensure that the EVOLVE OS functions as a holistic system and core of our service and continuously evolves

• You steer operational processes primarily within the agency and, if needed, additionally in Finance and People Ops, from accounting to onboarding.

• You develop KPI dashboards and overviews where they are needed and meaningful.

• You introduce new automations and processes via Claude, Make, and n8n. For implementation, we provide you with a team.

• You run the OKR system in daily practice: reminders, check-ins, dashboards. Goals that nobody follows up on remain unfulfilled.

• Together with the team leads, you go through bottlenecks in day-to-day business and resolve them at the root, not with a band-aid.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in project and process management, ideally in an agency or e-commerce environment.

• You are familiar with project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana and have a basic understanding of automation tools such as Make or n8n.

• Analytical and systemic thinking with controlling fundamentals. You see not just the metric, but also what lies behind it.

• Excellent self-organization, as we work 100% remotely.

• Clear, structured communication internally and externally. You work with team leads on an equal footing on their processes, without managing them disciplinarily.

• Confident use of Google Sheets and Excel for analyses and data structures.

• High affinity for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and others. You use them to build systems and solve problems, not just to create texts.
