- Upper English skills.
- Experience in Oracle APEX development, including experience with APEX 5.x or later versions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle database technologies, including Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience in designing and developing complex APEX applications, including application navigation, interactive reports, forms, and charts.
- Familiarity with APEX security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in APEX applications.
Experienced with consuming SOAP/REST services
