- Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations.
- Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements.

- Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.
- Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain Operations, or equivalent degree.
- Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of implementation experience in Oracle Supply Chain applications with at least 2 years focused on implementing Oracle Cloud Manufacturing (Discrete and Process).
- Extensive experience identifying gaps between client processes and Oracle SCM Cloud and determining solutions (configurations, extensions, etc.)
- Experience with but not limited to Oracle SCM Cloud Manufacturing (Discrete Manufacturing and Process Manufacturing with a strong focus on Process).
- Experience with full Implementation lifecycle – requirements, map/gap, design, build, development, testing, training, cut-over and support of Oracle cloud applications.
- Experience presenting functional solutions to director level business stakeholders and managing delivery expectations.
- Ability to lead and mentor less experienced consultants within the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing module.

- Will require some travel within the United States
- Experience implementing additional Oracle Cloud modules including but not limited to: Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Planning.
- Certifications in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud – Manufacturing, Planning or other.
- Experience as an Architect leading large, complex SCM implementations, as well as global design sessions leveraging a process first approach.
