    Parsons is looking for a talented OSINT Training, Exercise, and Engagement Specialist to join our growing team!

    The OSINT Training, Exercise and Engagement Specialist assists in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) training, exercises, curriculum resources, and stakeholder engagements. The position ensures training products incorporate current, approved tradecraft and supports Army OSINT education, readiness, and professional-development requirements.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Develop realistic OSINT scenarios for individual, collective, and synthetic training environments.

    • Design scenario-based training that incorporates defined learning outcomes, realistic data inputs, analytical tasks, pilot testing, learner feedback, and iterative refinement.

    • Deliver OSINT instruction and facilitate exercises in support of current and emerging educational requirements.

    • Capture lessons learned and community best practices and incorporate them into training, curriculum, and tradecraft products.

    • Design and facilitate a large scale OSINT competition within a synthetic environment.

    • Evaluate internal and external OSINT methodologies for applicability to Army OSINT training and exercise development.

    • Incorporate approved tradecraft updates, emerging practices, and lessons learned into training and curriculum products.

    • Coordinate with the Curriculum Manager and subject-matter experts to ensure training content remains current, accurate, and aligned with organizational requirements.

    • In coordination with the Curriculum Manager, oversee the publication, organization, maintenance, and periodic review of OSINT curriculum, training resources, and supporting tradecraft content in the Learning Management System (LMS).

    • Coordinate the integration of new or revised curriculum, training materials, and supporting resources into the LMS.

    • Identify opportunities to improve digital training delivery, content management, and learner access.

    • Coordinate with Army, Department of War, Intelligence Community, and other government stakeholders to identify OSINT training, exercise, and tradecraft requirements.

    • Represent the organization in relevant working groups, training forums, and tradecraft-development initiatives.

    • Prepare executive-level summaries, briefings, recommendations, and decision-support products for senior stakeholders.

    What Required Skills You'll Bring:

    • Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance

    • Bachelor's degree, with additional years of experience able to count in lieu of a degree

    • 5+ year of experience, with additional education, training, and certifications able to count towards total years of experience

    • Professional experience conducting, managing, supporting, or instructing OSINT activities.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of OSINT methodologies, tradecraft, tools, applicable authorities, and intelligence-oversight considerations.

    • Experience developing, evaluating, or delivering intelligence training, exercises, or curriculum.

    • Experience working with LMS platforms and managing digital training or curriculum content.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level summaries, recommendations, briefings, and decision-support products.

    • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and engage effectively with military, government, contractor, and Intelligence Community stakeholders.

    What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

    • Experience with Army or Intelligence Community OSINT training programs.

    • Experience developing or instructing advanced OSINT curriculum.

    • Familiarity with Army OSINT Office missions, training programs, and tradecraft initiatives.

    • Experience participating in Intelligence Community working groups, committees, or tradecraft-development initiatives.

    Security Clearance Requirement:
