Get ready to meet the incredible gang of Environmental Intellect! We're not your average team, my friends. We're a remote-first, globe-trotting bunch of CAD pros, engineering geniuses, field experts, software wizards, and solution champions. Our one and only mission? To bring the digital revolution to Oil and Gas refineries far and wide! But wait, there's more. We're seeking a true team player with top-notch communication and organizational skills, who's always ready to lend a helping hand whenever the need arises to support our noble mission.

About the Role

Prepare yourself for a wild ride! As part of our team, you'll be involved in some mind-blowing brownfield digitization service projects, including:

  • Performing the art of P&ID Revalidation (Walk-downs) using the magnificent powers of 3D Laser Scan data, photos, and enchanted field walks. It's like turning everyday objects into digital gold!
  • Supporting Sherlock Holmes-level asset identification projects in a 3D Model. Trust us, it's like discovering hidden treasures in a digital treasure map!
  • Becoming part of our global dream team, where together we'll conjure Digital Twins in the realms of Brownfield Oil and Gas and Chemical facilities. Brace yourself for a journey beyond imagination!

Needed Skills & Experience

If you're ready to bring your A-game and a spark of enthusiasm, we want to hear from you!

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Hands-on experience in the enchanting world of Oil and Gas and Petrochemical facilities, specifically supporting P&ID Revalidation (Walk-downs). We want someone who can turn pipelines into poetry!
  • Champion safety as a Safety Leader adept in safety training and compliance, ensuring every project is a fortress of well-being and harmony.
  • Wield technology like a sorcerer's wand, masterfully using an iPad to cast away paper drawings, navigating projects with digital grace and efficiency.
  • Experience with AutoCAD. We're not expecting you to have mastered it all, just enough to create some digital magic.
  • A minimum of 2 years in piping design experience within the Oil and Gas or Chemicals industry. Bonus points if you've ever designed a pipe that doubles as a drinking straw!
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset. You should be able to harmonize with the team like a Jedi Council, working in perfect sync to maintain balance in the galaxy.
  • A 'team-first' mentality that meshes well with our team spirit. We're all about high fives and an occasional dance-off.

Of course, you should also be tech-savvy. If you're a whiz with Excel, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and other fancy tech tools, you'll fit right in. Oh, and did we mention we love curious minds? Be ready to learn new skills and tech. We're all about growth and adventurous discoveries!

Must Haves

To embark on this epic adventure, a few requirements are essential:

  • Must possess the power to work in the United States legally. Your journey to digitize begins here!
  • Must have or be able to obtain a magnificent TWIC card. It's like having a backstage pass to the realm of industry wonders!
  • Be ready to embrace the drug testing requirements imposed by our on-site clients, including the occasional surprise pop quiz, known as random drug testing, that keeps life interesting. It's like a game show where the prize is a clean bill of health!
  • An insatiable thirst for exploration! You must be willing to travel (80-90% of the time) to support our field projects, because where's the fun in saving the world without a touch of globetrotting?

Benefits

We believe in taking care of our extraordinary team members and supporting a life-work balance. Here's what we offer:

  • A healthy work-life balance that keeps you energized and ready to conquer new challenges. We want you to have time for family, hobbies, and a good cup of coffee!
  • Travel stipends and per diem for those thrilling offshore and out-of-country field projects. It's like getting paid to go on an adventure!
  • Comprehensive Health/Vision/Dental insurance coverage to keep you in top shape. We care about your well-being, inside and out!
  • A 401(k) plan with matching contributions because we want you to retire in style, like a headliner at a sold-out show.
  • A Cell Phone/Internet stipend to keep you connected with the world. After all, you're a digital superhero, and the world needs your superheroic presence!
  • Training and tuition reimbursement to fuel your personal and professional growth. We're here to support your journey towards greatness!
