Paid Social Manager - Full-time (m/f/d)

In the role of Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will monitor the performance of our client campaigns on Google and Meta, carry out targeted optimizations and thus ensure measurable success. Area of responsibility:

• Setting up and running pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube

• Monitoring relevant marketing metrics and campaign optimization

• Optimizing and scaling pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube

• Data-based analysis of campaign performance and reporting with tools such as Google Analytics, Lookerstudio and Supermetrics

Salary: 4,000 euros per month (gross)

Development and advancement opportunities are available in the coming years.
The onboarding phase usually lasts 2–6 months.

Requirements

• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with numbers

• Ideally, you already have initial experience in social media advertising, particularly on Facebook and YouTube

• Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

• Communication strength and ability to handle performance pressure

• Organized work style and ability to follow prescribed processes

• Good written expression in German & English
