While the company has products, leads, and a CRM system (Pipedrive), it currently lacks dedicated sales personnel. The CEO manages multiple roles, creating the need for a self-directed sales professional to take ownership of lead follow-up, outreach, CRM management, and overall sales execution.Industry: Cosmetic Ingredients / B2B Cosmetics ManufacturingLocation: Brazil (VA schedule aligned with EU market hours)Goal:
Establish a consistent, proactive sales function that ensures no lead is lost, accelerates outreach and follow-up, and converts existing and new leads into revenue-generating opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1.) Sales Cycle Management
Own the full sales cycle from lead outreach to follow-up
Contact and nurture inbound leads from platforms like Covalo
Prospect outbound leads using existing CRM data (Pipedrive)
2.) Outreach & Communication
Conduct email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
Send brochures, catalogs, samples, and follow up on sample feedback
3.) CRM & Lead Management
Maintain, clean, and update CRM records
Qualify leads and prioritize high-intent prospects
4.) Meeting & Event Coordination
Coordinate meetings and demos with leadership
Support post-event follow-ups from trade shows and conferences
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Sales.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry
Proven experience with Full Sales Cycle
Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in outbound outreach.
Proficient with CRM tools
