About the role
As a Vendor Partner Marketing Manager (vPMM), you will work on behalf of our client—a leading cloud service provider—to expand and strengthen their partner ecosystem across Europe. This role focuses on managing and developing distributor relationships while working closely with IT resellers and software partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive partner growth, demand generation, and pipeline development.
Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic bridge between the vendor, distributors, and partners, you will help ensure alignment, collaboration, and measurable business outcomes. The position combines channel marketing consultancy, partner enablement, relationship management, and event engagement within a fast-paced B2B technology environment.
This is a fully remote role and can be based in either the UK or Spain. We have offices in London and Madrid available for employees who wish to use them.
The role also includes frequent travel across Europe to support partner meetings, events, and industry engagements.
What You'll Do
Develop, manage, and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes across EMEA regions, acting as the main point of contact for distributors and collaborating closely with their teams and internal stakeholders to deliver joint marketing and sales initiatives that promote vendor solutions
Work alongside distributors to drive partner enablement, demand generation, and pipeline growth programs across the channel ecosystem
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive long-term success
Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for the execution of marketing activities, both digital and in-person
Support partners with MDF processes, including request submissions and claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage external agencies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs
Coordinate and support events, including planning, on-site execution, stakeholder coordination, and post-event follow-up
Represent the business at partner and industry events, delivering presentations and engaging confidently with external audiences
Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations
Prepare end-of-month reports and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), highlighting performance, impact, and opportunities Qualifications
Fluent English speaker (additional European languages are a strong plus)
4–5 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Partner Management roles, ideally within the technology sector
Experience working with distributors and channel ecosystems is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable with public speaking and presenting at events, webinars, and partner-facing engagements
Ability to build trusted relationships with partners, distributors, and stakeholders
Tech-savvy with an aptitude for Ai usage, process improvement and operational excellence
Strong client liaison skills, with the ability to respond in a timely and effective manner
Experience planning and managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across online and offline channels Key Attributes
