We're looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our team! You'll be responsible for onboarding new partners and providing ongoing support for existing partners. You'll act as a project manager for all partner related needs and collaborates cross-functionally across all departments within the company to ensure the success of the partner. In addition, you'll represent the voice of the partner within Lytx, ensuring that partner needs are taken care of, and requirements are fully integrated into Lytx processes. Most importantly, you'll play a key role in making sure we're adding value to reseller partners in order to accelerate growth within reseller partner markets. You’ll get to:

  • Act as primary operational contact to assigned partners

  • General sales support, training, and onboarding of resellers, including product demos and demos of operational support systems.

  • Build strong relationships resulting in high levels of engagement with assigned partners

  • Run weekly meetings and present periodic operational reviews showing project status on all partner initiatives

  • Act as primary support point of contact responsible for resolving partner and client escalations and ensuring timely and accurate KPI reporting processes.

  • Maintain documentation for partner processes and procedures.

  • Hold partners accountable on processes and project timelines for partner initiatives including new product introductions

  • Work with assigned partners to have monthly and quarterly business reviews, and develop a forecast

  • Track, prioritize and communicate partners’ product enhancement requests with support from Product Development Manager

  • Ownership of inventory, forward and reverse logistics escalations, and questions

  • Responsible for delivering high levels of partner satisfaction

  • Assist in managing or leading special projects as needed

  • Willing to travel 15-20%, including international travel

  • Other duties assigned

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of experience desired

  • 3+ years of experience working as an account manager supporting customers or partners in a fast-paced environment responsible for developing and executing on cross-functional action plans to solve operational problems to drive customer (internal/external) satisfaction in a fast-paced, commercial or SaaS environment

  • French and Spanish is a plus

  • Strong customer focus and problem resolution skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Carry out analysis and create ad-hoc reports where required

  • Assist in the creation of presentations for use by other Partner Success team members

  • Superior listener and communicator – strong oral, written, and active listening skills a must

  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP from a business user perspective; Salesforce and Netsuite a plus.

  • Strong technical acumen: ability to learn technical products quickly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Experience with managed services, trucking, and fleet industry is highly preferred
