    • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of referral partners
    • Guide partners through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management
    • Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships while helping cultivate new referral relationships within the community
    • Build trusted, long-term relationships by providing responsive support and proactive communication
    • Conduct regular business reviews, identify opportunities for growth, and address challenges before they impact the partnership

    Create Exceptional Referral Experiences

    • Design and continuously improve referral workflows that are simple, intuitive, and effective
    • Create and maintain partner-facing resources, including onboarding guides, referral materials, educational content, and training documentation
    • Partner with Marketing and IT to optimize referral pathways and enhance the overall partner experience
    • Develop scalable onboarding processes that create a consistent experience for every new partner

    Drive Growth Through Data

    • Analyze partner performance and recommend strategies to improve referral volume, retention, and overall success
    • Gather partner feedback and translate insights into process improvements
    • Partner with Business Development to support the successful launch and long-term growth of new referral partnerships

    Support Community Engagement

    • Represent Kindbridge at networking events, conferences, and community outreach opportunities
    • Build relationships with local organizations and identify new partnership opportunities aligned with Kindbridge's mission
    • Collaborate with Marketing to support partner campaigns, educational initiatives, webinars, and community engagement efforts

    Leverage Technology & AI

    • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to streamline workflows, develop communications, analyze referral data, and create educational materials
    • Maintain accurate partner information within CRM and referral management systems
    • Help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and technology

    What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
    • 3–5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, Healthcare Operations, or a related field
    • Demonstrated success building and managing partner relationships, driving engagement and growth, and collaborating across cross-functional teams
    • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, telehealth, or another highly regulated industry strongly preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships through networking, community engagement, or business development outreach
    • Proficiency with CRM or partner management platforms and digital tools used to support relationship management, referral workflows, and partner engagement
    • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity, streamline workflows, create content, and analyze information
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and marketing automation or form-building tools (e.g., HubSpot, Webflow, Typeform, or similar)
    • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, relationship-building, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

    Kindbridge
    Kindbridge

Kindbridge Behavioral Health is a telehealth provider specializing in evidence-based treatment for gambling, gaming, and sex/pornography process behavior disorders, as well as broader mental health challenges. The company partners with gaming and gambling operators to ensure clients have access to urgent mental health support through a streamlined online therapy platform. Kindbridge distinguishes itself by handling administrative burdens—including insurance credentialing, pre-authorizations, and claim submissions—so therapists can focus entirely on client care. The company offers comprehensive support for licensed therapists, including cross-state licensing assistance, clinical case consultations, certification support (ICGC-I), and access to HIPAA-compliant video and learning management tools.
