What You’ll Do
As a Partnership Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners who can bring new clients to OnHires. Your key tasks will include:
•Searching for and onboarding new strategic partners to expand our client network.
•Communicating with partners via calls, emails, and meetings to maintain strong relationships.
•Ensuring all partner requirements are met to facilitate seamless cooperation.
•Coordinating with internal teams to address partner needs.
•Preparing KYB documentation and completing application forms for onboarding new partners.
•Creating presentations, documents, and other materials to support partnership initiatives.
•Performing email and LinkedIn outreach to potential partners.
•Executing email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture partner relationships.
•Organizing webinars with founders in cooperation with partners to strengthen engagement and brand positioning.
•Creating community for founders to provide valuable information about industry news, events, and other.
Requirements
•2+ years of experience in business development or partnership management.
•Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
•Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM, and email marketing tools
•Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English for seamless communication.
•Proactive mindset and ability to work independently while driving results.
•Proven experience in managing customer relationships professionally and efficiently.
•Excellent time management skills, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met.
